Welcome to Our New Food Bank

We are pleased to announce that the Onward Willow Neighbourhood Group has launched a new food bank initiative to support specific members of our immediate community.

Important: Who We Serve

To ensure we can effectively support our neighbors, this program is currently available exclusively to residents of the following addresses:

6 Willow Road

15 Willow Road

16 Willow Road

26 Willow Road

39 Dawson Road

> Please note: We are currently unable to serve residents from addresses other than those listed above.

Hours of Operation

  • When: Every Thursday
  • Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Note: Thursday service is dedicated exclusively to the Food Bank. Other administrative services may be unavailable during this time.

How It Works

  1. Registration: Please come visit us during operating hours (Thursdays, 4–6 PM) to sign up. Please bring proof of address when you come to register.
  2. Primary Support: Once you register with us, the Onward Willow Food Bank becomes your main food bank. This helps us coordinate resources across the city to ensure everyone gets what they need.

Coming in January: New Schedule System

Starting in January, we will be implementing a Color-Coded Week System.

  • Households will be assigned a specific color.
  • You will pick up food on the weeks that correspond to your assigned color.
  • More details will be provided when you register!
